For once, it seems we're having a true fall season-- snow and crazy wind have held off, and in turn, we've had lots of color to embrace. Fall is always a busy season socially for my family. It seems like every weekend is packed with harvest festivals, pumpkin patch visits, and costume parties. In real estate, October is typically one of the slower months for transaction in my business, but is always a time for buyer and sellers to start planning their next move. I love being a part of the beginning stages of a move, and welcome the opportunity to strategize if you're contemplating a move!
